Terms of Acknowledgment

IConfidentiality

You acknowledge that all materials, technical descriptions, architectural diagrams, source listings, financial projections, and any related disclosures accessed through this gate are strictly confidential and constitute the proprietary work product of DISCINTEL Corporation. You agree to treat such materials with at least the same degree of care you apply to your own confidential information, and in no event with less than reasonable care.

IIPermitted Use

Access is granted solely for the purpose of good-faith review in connection with one or more of: prospective investment, prospective partnership, prospective employment, prospective regulatory dialogue, or formal advisory engagement. Use for any other purpose — including competitive analysis, derivative work, public commentary, or reproduction in any form — is prohibited.

IIIIntellectual Property

DISCINTEL is the subject of U.S. Non-Provisional Patent Applications No. 19304102 and 99346346, both pending. The TrustDNA™ reflex network, the Federated AI Governance Mesh, the cryptographic governance substrate, and all related architectural concepts are the intellectual property of DISCINTEL Corporation. Nothing in this acknowledgment grants you any license, assignment, or right to any DISCINTEL intellectual property.

IVNon-Disclosure

You agree not to disclose the materials, in whole or in part, to any third party without prior written permission from the founder. You agree not to take photographs, screen recordings, or persistent copies of the materials except as reasonably necessary for the permitted use, and to destroy or return any retained copies promptly upon request.

VNo Investment Solicitation

This acknowledgment and the materials beyond it do not constitute an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any investment participation will be subject to formal subscription documentation, accredited-investor verification, and applicable securities laws.

VIAudit Trail

By proceeding, you understand that your acknowledgment will be recorded in the DISCINTEL audit ledger with the following metadata: timestamp · IP address · user-agent · acknowledgment hash. This record is preserved as evidence of your consent and may be referenced in the event of any dispute.

VIIGoverning Terms

This acknowledgment is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The terms of this gate may be supplemented by a formal mutual non-disclosure agreement upon request.

I consent to the recording of this acknowledgment in the DISCINTEL audit ledger, including timestamp, IP address, user-agent, and a cryptographic hash of my attestation, as preserved evidence of consent.
